NFA (National Futures Association) Compliance Regulatory Workshops
Monday, February 25, 2019, 9:00 AM-12:10 PM
Summit Chicago, 205 N. Michigan Ave. 10th Floor, Chicago, IL

During these workshops, NFA is offering two sessions for CPOs, CTAs, FCMs, FDMs and IBs. The first workshop, which is open to all NFA Members, will cover cybersecurity, including recent amendments to NFA’s Interpretive Notice NFA Compliance Rules 2-9, 2-36 and 2-49: Information Systems Security Programs and an industry panel discussion. The second workshop will cover themes from recent NFA examinations and CPO internal controls. Ron Filler, NFA Public Director and Professor of Law at The New York Law School, and NFA staff will also discuss other recent initiatives at NFA.
